Refund Policy

TIPSG Courses

All admission and semester fees for TIPSG programs, including fees for enrolling in online courses, physical courses, or individual semesters, are non-refundable. This applies to all fees paid at the time of admission, during the semester, or for specific course enrollments. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

     Medical Emergencies: If you are unable to continue your course due to a verifiable medical emergency, you may be eligible for a refund of the unused portion of your fees. To request a refund, you must submit a detailed explanation along with supporting medical documentation within 14 days of the purchase or the start of the medical issue.

     Course Cancellation by TIPSG: In the rare event that TIPSG cancels a course you have enrolled in, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course of equal value.

Refund requests must be made by contacting us via email at info@tipsg.in or by calling +91-9251639678 within 14 days of your purchase. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds will be processed at our discretion based on the documentation and circumstances provided.

Please note that refunds are not provided for the following:

     Completed courses or semesters.

     If 100% Fee Amount is paid in advance.

     Change of mind, job changes, or personal circumstances that do not qualify as emergencies.

     Courses where the student has accessed significant portions of the course content or completed assessments.

Edvice Platform (Edvice.in and ICC Hub App)

For services provided through Edvice, including ICC Hub mobile app and the Edvice platform, no refunds are provided under any circumstances. This applies to all fees paid for services, consultations, career counseling, or any other products or services available through the platform. Once payments are made, they are final.

We encourage all users to carefully review the service descriptions and fees before making any payments. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific service, please contact our support team before proceeding with your purchase.

No Show Policy

If you have been admitted to a course or enrolled in any program and fail to attend, participate, or engage in the course materials, you will not be eligible for any refunds. This applies whether the course is conducted online or in-person. In such cases, the fees paid will be forfeited, and no credits or refunds will be offered.

Course Transfers and Substitutions

In certain cases, TIPSG may allow you to transfer your enrollment to a different course if requested before the course start date and based on availability. Course transfers are at the sole discretion of TIPSG administration and may incur additional fees.

Processing and Payment Method

     Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14-30 business days of the refund request being granted.

     Any processing or transaction fees or other fees may be deducted from the total refundable amount.

Right to Modify Refund Policy

TIPSG and Edvice reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website or mobile app, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of such updates.

By purchasing any services or courses from TIPSG or Edvice, you agree to this refund policy.
